You’ll be responsible for driving the digital traction strategy alongside the CEO & Content Manager, so get ready to roll up your sleeves and show us what you can do!

Must have skills:

  • Set up and manage an analytics function, working to identify opportunities for rapid growth
  • Identifying SEO opportunities and working with the content manager to optimise SEO across channels
  • Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across social media and search engines
  • Creating retargeting and display marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate has a 3rd level degree in a related field, 1-3 years experience in marketing and brings a technical, analytical mindset to the table. English is your first language. You’ll be innovative, driven and excited by the opportunity to get involved in a start up. You’re a maths/analytics whizz and understand that your role will be more numerical and analytical in nature. You’re reliable, eager to grow and driven to develop with a cutting edge company. You should be invested in learning new technologies and do your own research, learning about Growth Hacking in your free time. In addition, you should be well versed in at least a few of the below :

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Display Network (GDN)
  • Google AdWords
  • SEO
  • Retargeting
  • Advertising on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and other platforms
  • Mobile Advertising
  • Video Advertising
  • Affiliate Marketing
