Overview

Blarney.com is looking for a Full and Part-time talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team of people who truly love digital.

The roles entail managing and merchandising a catalogue of products and making appropriate content. This will be achieved through search, social, email and Online PR. The ideal candidates will be degree educated. Additionally, Photoshop and video editing skills would be useful.

Blarney.com is the world’s largest Irish online store with a wide range of Irish designed sweaters, capes, shawls, crystal, jewellery and much more.

Responsibilities

Online catalogue setup & management. Onsite merchandising working closely with the merchandising and buying teams to ensure ecommerce product requirements are met.
Analyse data across website performance, campaign performance and data interpretation to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Drive improvements to the customer experience through analysis of key metrics and data.
Manage all on-site content including product content and product photography to drive increased site retention and conversion.

Ideal Candidate

Experience marketing and promoting through social media both paid and unpaid strategies.
Strong communication skills.
Broad knowledge on promoting websites in Google search organically with SEO and through Paid Search with Google AdWords.
Reporting on digital strategy using Analytics tools including Google Analytics.
Relevant internet/online, as well as back end systems experience, including experience with CMS and online tools.
