Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the PPC & SEO Marketing Specialist will include, but will not be limited to:
Management of high-budget PPC campaigns for multiple brands/ websites, mainly through Google AdWords, with Search, Banner, Gmail, Video & App ad formats.
Ensure PPC activity is optimised to deliver maximum ROI and kept up to date with market changes, as well as carrying out end-to-end management of campaigns.
Report on PPC marketing activity (customer, sales, and ROI impact) and propose improvement initiatives.
Work with in-house design team to create assets for online campaigns.
Identify and evaluate digital trends and emerging technologies and develop new online sales and marketing channels.
Management of SEO processes across multiple brands/websites and advise on search engine’s key SERP criteria.
Co-ordinate all elements of SEO work including Technical Architecture, On-Site Optimization & Off-Site Optimization.
Identify structural issues, write specific SEO copy & HTML tags for websites, obtain quality in-bound links and test website layouts.
Work cross functional to achieve SEO results.
Overall drive new customer acquisition through PPC & SEO across multiple Blue Insurance brands/websites.
Min of 2 years’ experience in a similar role managing PPC & SEO.
Previous work experience in an insurance/financial services environment beneficial but not essential.
3rd level qualification in marketing/business/digital marketing or a related field.
Experience of running, analysing, optimising and buying digital campaigns.
Experience of website management and search engine optimisation.
Expert skills required with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Adwords, Webmaster Tools, SEOMoz.
Highly creative, organised and detail oriented, target focused individual.
Data driven and analytical – will create and manage through an environment of performance indicators and analysis.
Problem solving ability, structured thinking and the ability to understand complex issues.
A passion for online marketing.
Team-orientated with excellent people and interpersonal skills.
