Content Marketing Assistant Manager

This role is a full time role within a busy marketing team. The role will be based in Dublin but will work closely with colleagues across the six offices of the Irish firm to develop and produce content and help develop integrated marketing campaigns to support EY’s offerings across the business.
We are seeking a highly skilled communications marketer, preferably with a professional services or similar background, with a proven track record of working in a fast paced environment.

Role responsibilities:

Content development

  • Work with key stakeholders and their teams to create compelling content that will support them in delivering solutions for EY’s clients and prospects
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to produce, create, and edit content in support of marketing campaigns
  • Adapt content structure, tone and layout specific for each promotional channel used – this content includes email campaigns (newsletters & invites), sales enablement content, white papers, case studies, infographics, blog posts and web pages
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of quality and tone of voice, for all channels including print and digital
  • Leverage thought leadership content driven by the global firm and adapt for the Irish market for both traditional and digital channels
  • Support in demonstrating the return on investment for all content marketing initiatives

Brand and communication

  • Understand brand and its role in effective execution of the firm’s marketing plan
  • Work with the communications team to drive key messages and campaigns externally
  • Strengthen the internal brand of the marketing team through regular communications and active engagement with stakeholders
  • Drive the creation and production of the marketing monthly newsletter, collating all relevant and newsworthy topics

People

  • Mentor and give direction to junior members of the marketing team
  • Provide support on performance management and development to team members
  • Build strong relationships with other functions such as BD, communications and design to share knowledge and develop best practice

 

Candidate profile:

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in communications role
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the creative process to produce engaging, creative and effective communications – driving activities from concept to distribution
  • Strategic thinker
