Overview

Prodieco is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be central to the execution of upcoming initiatives. The role will allow an experienced marketing professional to hone their skills with digital direct marketing as well as substantial design projects. In particular there will be a focus on internal company branding to enhance the unique work and life culture at Prodieco.

The role requires a high capacity for attention to detail and results achievement. The successful candidate will ooze a ‘can do’ attitude, like autonomy on specific projects, while open to direction, learning and verification. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the role will be vital to our strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Brand champion – collation of marketing assets – images, photos, videos, white papers, articles
  • Brand vigilance – ensuring brand is adhered to within and without the organization
  • Quarterly Prodieco customer communication
  • Social media engagement and management
  • Develop highly engaging content marketing strategies across Prodieco’s web and digital channels to support communications and events
  • Tactical email campaigns
  • Salesforce CRM marketing management and data enrichment
  • Use of graphic design programmes to create web based content or internal marcomms
  • Report KPI results for marketing engagement and ownership of a KPI Dashboard
  • Internal Company Branding – Reception Area, Specific Departments Branding, Internal Signage, Quarterly Townhall Presentations and Employment Engagement Campaigns
  • PowerPoint presentation – able to dazzle with smart presentations
  • Lead generation – using LinkedIn or other digital means to find and nurture leads in high potential markets
  • Supporting HR in employee engagement initiatives

Key Requirements

  • 3rd level marketing/business/communications/arts degree
  • Digital Marketing Qualification
  • Minimum 3 Years B2B marketing experience
  • MS office proficiency Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • CRM database working knowledge – Salesforce a plus
  • Social media fluency
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, paint shop or similar graphic design package
  • Excellent written English
  • A Strong communicator
  • Proven history of completing marketing projects on time
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, Mailchimp desirable
  • Fresh thinking
  • Management of external suppliers
