National Digital Planning The digital marketing lead will operate cross-functionally with brand marketing, sales, health & value, legal, BT, compliance and corporate affairs, and will be responsible for defining the digital components of the Irish Internal Medicine and Enterprise plan and for delivering and/or guiding the execution of these Advisor to XFTs and other relevant functions/teams. Have a strategic role in informing budget allocation to digital initiatives and in the prioritisation of activities Managing local 3rd party vendor relationships within the country Development and delivery of country digital initiatives Leads the creation and delivery of digital programmes at a country level Responsible for strategy, marketing, guidelines, maintenance and development of relevant Pfizer portals Cooperate with all stakeholders, like BU’s, CMF, Country Brand Leads, Corporate Affairs etc Responsible for the development of relevant digital content at a local level Localises regionally developed initiatives Customization for local market, driving them through regulatory approval and localising reach tactics where appropriate together with other Digital Marketing Managers and Country Brand Leads Reporting Reporting on digital performance Responsible for identifying KPIs for each initiative. University Degree or relevant Third Level Qualification
Core skills The ideal candidate would have proven experience in successfully leading x-functional projects Proven record of driving organizational change in the adoption of digital Complex project/programme management experience, ideally involving capability work and vendor management Ability to think and act strategically combined with an ability to translate strategic plans into operational reality Experience in influencing people without authority and in matrix organizations Understanding of key drivers of brand and customer-facing activities in pharma Extensive experience with digital marketing and social media channels (either strategy/planning or design and delivery) is preferred Communication skills and experiences
