Join Marketing & Communications to help build the Accenture brand in the marketplace, drive sales, support recruitment and enhance employee engagement. All Marketing & Communications activities are aligned with the Accenture business strategy and help drive profitable revenue growth. Marketing & Communications is responsible for global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; Internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns

The role will involve

  • Working alongside the Ireland Marketing Manager to plan, manage, implement and optimize high impact digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and deliver digital and social media content for Accenture in Ireland for our online presence (Accenture.com) and social media channels
  • Drive better performance and manage and lead the constant updating and review of content on digital (.com) and social channels
  • Driver better performance for Accenture across earned and paid search for the key strategic priorities
  • In partnership with colleagues on Irish team, develop and maintain a strong content pipeline, working closely with agencies and in-house creative teams
  • Maximize SEO, and educate team on tagging, tracking, links etc.
  • Drive a social media influencer strategy for Ireland
  • Drive a culture of social sharing and Accenture Ambassadors inside Accenture
  • Responsible for managing site analytics, monitoring performance, creating regular site reports and working closely with global teams to ensure best practice
  • Drive paid and organic social media – writing copy where necessary, and organizing strategic promotion across key social channels including Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube. (Liaise with global marketing colleagues to identify suitable new channels and platforms)
  • Monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Bring new and creative ideas to the table.
  • Support Accenture’s work on Salesforce to track digital content
  • Work with Ireland Marketing to develop a new assets including an Accenture  Ireland Show Reel and short/social credentials showcasing strength of Accenture Ireland Campus
  • Work closely with Ireland Marketing Manager and team to drive content for screens in lobby in Grand Canal Square Reception
  • Work with external stakeholders such as suppliers and creative agencies as required

 

You bring

  • 6+ years’ experience optimizing search, delivering digital marketing campaigns and driving strong performance on social channels including amplification methods and channels
  • Deep digital marketing, social media, analytical and tracking capability
  • Strong and overall business acumen and good knowledge of Accenture’s area of business and overall business strategy.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital technologies
  • Excellent working experience of marketing and communications, especially digital content marketing and social media and amplification methods and channels
  • Experience in writing and creating digital content that delivers against KPI’s
  • Resourceful approach to problem solving and ability to propose creative solutions
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Comfort working with ideas, when work is not always clearly defined
  • Quick learner that is interested in gaining new skills
  • Strong English written and verbal skills
  • Good stakeholder management
