Jinga Life has a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced digital & social media marketing executive to play an active role in the development of Jinga Life’s online community and social media strategy as well as helping to create and publish content relevant to our mission. You will learn how to reach communities, and promote Jinga Life’s brand using various marketing tactics with a strong focus on awareness including events.

Responsibilities:

  • Build individual marketing strategies with clear goals and measurable KPIs
  • Update all social media platforms and respond to any client engagement (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
  • Review data on the performance of social media platforms and adjust plans or strategies to optimize research
  • Partner with clients to optimise content creation on social media, website & blog
  • Support business development programs; eg. customer collateral, focus groups
  • Manage email marketing programs
  • Initiate and coordinate events to further our message
  • Ensure all initiatives are prioritised, executed and reported upon effectively
  • Research to include appropriate articles, stories, resources or other content that is relevant to our vision
  • Define digital strategies for each business segment/territory
  • Research and keep up to date with industry trends with an emphasis on MedTech

Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record running successful ongoing campaigns including SEO, display, affiliate, email and social media
  • Must be a creative self-starter (entrepreneurial spirit) who is comfortable with taking initiative and working in collaboration
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure, drive results and evaluate success
  • A problem solver and an enthusiastic team contributor
  • Naturally highly organised with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
