This role will be perfect for a smart and innovative communications professional who can directly support the Oracle Digital part of the organisation and its 2000+ sales professionals and leaders across EMEA.

Our sales reps are located within nine modern Cloud Sales Centres across EMEA, and they are digitally native with the ability to listen, engage and sell to customers using the most modern tools and channels.

We’re looking for an exceptional communications professional to strengthen the community identity and lead the executive communications strategy for Oracle Digital, which is one of our fastest growing organisations. Working with senior business leaders, this individual will understand business priorities, build effective audience engagement strategies, and execute specific communications projects across a variety of mediums. Employee engagement strategies will be key as the organisation further expands across EMEA. Communications approaches should be innovative in order to build ongoing engagement across all of the lines of business based in EMEA and drive collaboration. A pivotal part of the role will be the ability to create compelling, engaging and modern platforms and a distinctive voice for the Oracle Digital organisation while remaining true to the brand principles of the company.

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITITES

Develop and drive execution of a communications strategy to support the growth of Oracle Digital across EMEA

Work closely with key stakeholders and develop an executive program for the executive leading Oracle Digital Technology

Develop strategies to increase employee engagement in this key expansion phase, adapting activities to the needs of the various sites (currently 9 across EMEA)

Work closely with various members across the organisation to understand and translate key business priorities

Define target audiences, objectives, and messages

Ensure communications strategy is fully aligned with business goals

Select effective tools, mediums, and technologies to drive employee engagement and build a sense of community

Act as programme manager for all communications initiatives

Ensure quality and timely delivery of initiatives

Share best practices with other members of the country and EMEA communications teams
