Overview

What you will be doing?

-Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company`s business activities
-Drive timely and relevant thought leadership, messaging, and other communications, such as regular partner communication and external messaging
-People management of Marketing team, provide leadership and feedback on a regular basis
-Support departments within the commercial team such as sales and partner management
-Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organise them efficiently
-Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines
-Responsible for producing valuable content for the company`s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company`s publications
-Supporting the employer brand through content creation and curation of employer brand marketing strategies.
-Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor`s marketing movements
-Control marketing budget and allocation of resources amongst projects
-Manage all marketing related external stakeholders such as media, pr, ad agency and event management companies

-5+ years at Head of Marketing level
-Appropriate third level qualification
-Excellent leadership and influencing skills essential
-Excellent writing skills
-The ability to work across all the commercial, operational and support functions in the business
-The ability to adapt your style to engage with a variety of stakeholders and personalities at all levels both internal and external
-Evidence of analytical and creative thinking
-Evidence of being up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
-Strong communication and presentational skills to keep senior stakeholders up to date with progress and issues, the ability to create and deliver short succinct slide decks
-Fluent English
