An opportunity to join a fantastic team in an exciting, fast paced industry. The lifecycle team’s work revolves around direct marketing communications based on customer behaviours or actions across a host of digital channels. The Lifecycle Executive will be responsible for creating, delivering and optimising multi-channel campaigns based on data driven insight. The successful candidate will be fully trained in an advanced campaign management tool, providing customers with timely and relevant messages across Paddy Power Betfair’s products globally.

Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Manager, this role is part of a team responsible for planning and executing direct marketing communications designed to encourage specific customer behaviours using a data centred approach. They will work closely with the CRM data team to coordinate the building out of the logical flows behind the sends, lifecycle insights team to understand areas of opportunity and the creative agency in order to deliver the most engaging overall experience possible

Accountabilities:
• Work closely with the CRM team to ensure all communications complement each other in terms of frequency, consistency and engaging with customers at key times
• Work closely with Creative Services to deliver exciting on brand localised content (both visual and copy)
• Work closely with the analysis team to closely monitor campaign performance and make continuous improvements to message hierarchy, creative and copy based on maximising campaign performance, changing business goals or alignment with team strategy

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioural change objectives via email, SMS, onsite messaging, push notifications and social media

• Idea generation and challenging the existing way of driving certain customer behaviours – never being satisfied with current performance

• Proactively monitoring current customer behaviours and business performance to identify potential opportunities for driving incremental gains

• Deliver smooth planning and execution for all campaigns, preparing communications well in advance of deadlines

Experience:
• A proactive person constantly displaying initiative and driving improvements – goes above and beyond the day to day requirements of the role
• An excellent communicator – both day to day and when presenting to others
• An analytical, data driven approach to understanding campaign success and optimisation
• A quick learner who can work at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high quality of output
• Extremely well organised
• Experience in planning and running multi-channel campaigns in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of campaign management systems and processes (campaign software, HTML editor)

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of a variety of sports across multiple countries
• Experience in the gambling industry
• Knowledge of web analytics and core retention key performance indicators
• Experience of using Adobe Campaign
