This is an all-round marketing role with plenty of variety. The main activity will be lead generation through well executed marketing initiatives: email marketing, PR, social media campaigns, advertising, corporate profiling, crm and content development and deployment. You will have responsibility for ensuring consistency of brand and message across all media and strengthening our presence in the marketplace.


  • Marketing plan: co-ordinate and execute the marketing and communications plan in different sectors and markets
  • CRM: develop and utilise the CRM system to provide data backbone to our communications activity with customers and stakeholders
  • Social media: co-ordinate and monitor all our external social media platforms to ensure consistency of visual identity, value proposition and customer messaging
  • Content development and dissemination: support the online digital marketing campaign with development of audience appropriate content, channel dissemination and continuous tracking
  • Event management: identify and coordinate attendance at trade shows in Ireland and the US
  • PR management: manage the media list for Ireland, UK and US and develop the media strategy for raising brand awareness with target audiences
  • Use of agencies: work with external design, creative and specialist agencies to deliver on marketing campaign requirements
  • Marketing measurement: support development of key performance indicators, monitoring, reporting and analysis to ensure return on investment


  • A third level marketing qualification or equivalent
  • At least 2 years marketing experience desirable in a multi-faceted marketing role either agency or client side and with good b2b experience
  • Ability to work independently and think outside the box to solve problems as they arise
  • Excellent computer skills, with a strong aptitude in using marketing design software, e.g. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
