This role would ideally suit someone with experience in lead generation and content creation. Working with the Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing function. Predominately focused on lead generation you will also be involved in various aspects of Marketing, from research, content creation, right through to customer loyalty.

Duties to include:

  • Segment customers and potential customers into appropriate groupings for customer communications, lead generation and loyalty communication initiatives
  • Assist in the generation of marketing materials to increase leads and drive traffic to the websites
  • Create lead generation campaigns across several offline and online channels
  • Manage localised and national events, promotions and budgeting
  • Support administrative duties throughout the marketing department and team
  • Undertake market and environmental research
  • Assist with after sales support
  • Contributing to and developing customer newsletters
  • Assist in the co-ordination and handling of mailshots, special offers, client communications
  • Maintain publications and contact list
  • Assist company publicity campaigns and communications
  • Develop and conduct product and client surveys
  • Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and reporting to the Brand Manager
  • Undertaking competitive comparisons to identify USP’s

Skills and Experience

  • Marketing or related business degree
  • Experience with a CRM system and Marketing automation tool
  • Experience with an email platform such as mail chimp
  • Microsoft Excel Skills (Basic to Intermediate)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, analytical and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


  • Experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with adobe creative suits
  • Experience in a technology or healthcare marketing role
