Overview

Red Man Media is looking for a creative, experienced digital marketing professional to join the team. In this role, you will manage a broad spectrum of client and company channels and the associated budgets, oversee client and company web and social media presence, and continually track and optimise performance of all digital channels and campaigns. You will be responsible for reporting on what’s working and what’s not and for making recommendations and implementing improvements to ensure we hit our marketing and sales goals. The ideal candidate must have proven experience creating and executing on digital marketing strategy, as well as driving leads from the top of the funnel to becoming paying customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, leveraging an array of digital channels including email, social, mobile, third-party promotion, display advertising, retargeting, content syndication, website personalisation and more!
  • Monitor the performance of all campaigns and digital channels, and continually optimise through testing and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing, subject line testing, website and landing page testing, etc.)
  • Participate in the development of the overall strategic marketing plan for the organisation, with ownership and responsibility for the digital marketing components and their success in global markets
  • Oversee digital marketing budget and manage to targeted cost-per-lead metrics on a regional basis
  • Model, forecast, and then measure the lead volumes for each digital marketing channel to meet aggressive lead targets in each of our global regions
  • Create and present detailed reports on digital marketing outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations to the rest of the marketing team – please note that strong data analysis skills are a must for this position
  • Meet frequently with sales stakeholders to capture feedback, ensure alignment, and finetune processes
  • Oversee and manage the company’s website, with responsibility for tracking and reporting on KPIs, maintaining the content, and working with external web development agency to optimise performance and to scale the web presence to support global growth
  • Perform segmentation of lead database to craft targeted campaigns specific to key personas and market segments
  • Develop, construct, monitor, and optimise email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Negotiate and execute third-party promotional sponsorships and marketing opportunities
  • Manage, optimise, and monitor the performance of content marketing and content syndication campaigns
  • Manage and optimise global paid search campaigns in collaboration with our paid search experts and/or agency
  • Create roadmap for organic search growth, measure incremental gains, and manage external SEO agency
  • Leverage social channels for paid programs and earned media to amplify the impact of marketing campaigns and content promotion
  • Collaborate with designers to develop creative assets for the website, emails, landing pages, social promotions, banners, and other types of content
  • Collaborate with team members and external outlets to produce high-performing content to fuel our campaigns
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team of direct reports, and provide motivation to strive for superb execution and results
  • Ensure that all work is completed on-time and within budget to a world-class standard

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital marketing strategy and delivering measurable results
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing environment
  • Deep experience in developing key digital marketing channels across paid and organic digital media including blogging, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media, content syndication, webinars etc.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify actionable outcomes
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal. Fluent English a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to teams
  • Ability to lead, motivate and persuade internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, with experience providing practical business insights
