CRM Executive

The Role:

We’re looking for a bright and talented self-starter with an analytical mindset to join our Retention Marketing Team at Game On Media Ltd.

As our Retention Marketing Executive you’ll be managing and maintaining CRM promotions for our 6 online gaming sites, working alongside our Digital Content Specialist.

You’ll play a vital part in the end to end management and production of direct customer communications – with a focus on driving efficient processes, and improving customer engagement and long term sales in line with email and loyalty strategy. Your responsibility will be for the execution of multi-channel campaigns, post-campaign analysis and competitive analysis.

Role Responsibilities:

  • You’ll work with the Retention Manager to develop and execute a multi-channel CRM program, delivering on the commercial objectives of our 6 online gaming sites
  • You’ll plan and execute marketing automation strategies, including weekly, monthly and seasonal campaigns
  • You’ll grow and improve CRM communications and strategies through testing and adaption of the latest marketing technologies
  • You’ll provide comprehensive weekly post campaign analysis and provide insight into findings
  • You’ll compile regular competitive analysis reporting for the online bingo market
  • You’ll look after QA on all CRM releases and ensure best practices are being followed (attention to detail is key!)

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or Commerce
  • And 1+ years’ experience in a digital marketing/marketing automation role
  • Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills – ability to create pivot tables and present data
  • Ability to think and report numerically and make decisions based on data
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of HTML and SQL is an advantage
  • Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience is preferred
  • Goal-oriented mindset; a passion for reaching goals and improving performance
