Your job.

Indeed is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our regional content marketers in key international markets. This team delivers content that helps people learn more about hiring and getting hired on Indeed. This team develops new, original content specifically for that market, ensures the quality of transcreated assets and creates locally relevant versions of global content. Work includes blog and web content, event presentations, collateral, eBooks, infographics, case studies, webinars, and videos. The leader of this team will have a passion for storytelling and a talent for clear, compelling communication. Proven success in building relationships across distances and managing geographically dispersed teams is essential.

About you.

The Senior Content Marketing Manager guides regional content development, including translation, transcreation and creation of new content.
  • Manage a remote team of content marketers in regional offices to deliver great content for our marketing programs
  • Be a model of excellent writing, coach and source of ideas for the team
  • Manage resources to deliver impact for the business through efficient editorial planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Identify and experiment with new forms of storytelling, production, and distribution in collaboration with other marketing teams
  • Ensure quality assurance and brand standards are consistently followed for all content 
  • Develop and iterate ways to improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of the team 
  • Excel at helping others grow in their role and collaborate across the organisation
  • Get stuff done — execute briskly with precision, in alignment with our goals and standards
  • Professional proficiency in English and one other language
  • Experience directly supervising a communications team or function, preferably across various locations or virtual setting
  • 4+ years of experience creating, localising, or editing content designed to influence broad audiences
  • 7+ years experience in marketing, preferably with technology company or recognised consumer brand
  • Self-motivated, organised, and a strategic thinker
  • Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills (e.g., compelling/engaging campaign messaging, web copy, email copy, etc).
