Role Purpose
This role will report and support the Group Head of Marketing.

This position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in CRM and Big Data, Multichannel Campaign Management, digital marketing, websites and content management and online customer experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Define digital strategies for each business segment
  • Participate in defining and implementing the digital strategy across the Group, ensuring that new features deployed on group websites work correctly and monitor customer engagement
  • Deliver the development of the CRM, its strategy, data, insights, reports and develop clear customer segments and personas and communications
  • Analyse and clearly interpret consumer data and behaviours into commercial insights that will positively inform and influence Marketing and Multichannel strategies
  • Develop, manage, execute and measure lifecycle, on-boarding, engagement and retention programmes to enrich our relationship with our customers
  • Identify best practice marketing technologies, platforms, tools and systems to support the overall digital marketing strategy and effectively implement to enhance the prospect and customer experience
  • Maintain a suite o reports and analytics tools that measure results against KPI’s
  • Collaborate with external partners such as Website Providers, Digital Media Partners, Conversion Specialists and internal teams including sales or IT
  • Develop, implement, test and manage online content in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage, maintain and drive all Social Media channels in line with overall digital marketing strategy
  • Be Instrumental in creating and developing a new CRM and loyalty programme for the group

Competencies Required

  • BA/BS degree preferred (Marketing background desired)
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Digital Environment is essential
  • Team player with strong project management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical and commercial business view
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to grow brands, deliver on digital marketing strategies and deliver increased and profitable customer acquisition
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Demonstrable successful experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social strategies, marketing database, email and/or display advertising campaigns
