Working as a core member of the Three sponsorship team across sport and music sponsorship properties to deliver powerful sponsorship activation programmes, drive effective brand and communications campaigns, manage multiple experiential and hospitality activities and deliver against Three’s core business KPIs and brand strategy.
What else it involves
Working closely with the Sponsorship Manager and Sponsorship Assistant, and wider brand, consumer, retail and business teams, to deliver powerful sponsorship and PR activation programmes for Three’s sponsorship properties. The role will focus on sport and music activities to include:
Management of all brand planning, communications, experiential and activations campaigns to support all Three sporting propositions, both before and on match-days.
Develop good working relationship with Sponsorship Rights Holders and Partners to deliver upon joint objectives for Three’s sponsorship properties.
Brand guardianship of all Three Sponsorship Properties.
Core team representative at all Three Sponsorship events and hospitality.
Daily interaction with ATL, Digital, PR, Media, Experiential agencies and other suppliers.
Support on all campaign reporting and evaluation for individual project activities and on a quarterly basis.
Manage sponsorship activation budget.
Support if/when required on brand planning, communications and activation campaigns of Three music propositions.
Ad-hoc programmes and activities as and when required.
This is a very hands-on role and can be demanding at peak times.

The skills we’re looking for
Significant experience in a similar sponsorship or marketing role.
3rd level qualification, ideally in marketing or equivalent.
Previous multi-agency management experience.
Strong event management experience.
Proven copy writing (web, social media) and presentation skills.
Understanding of customer insight-led sponsorship and brand strategies to positively impact consumer attitudes and behaviours towards the brand.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time and prioritise business needs.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and operating at all business levels from CEO/Senior management down, and with both internal and external partners, customers and suppliers.
Demonstrate an ability to meet precise deadlines , often within a pressurised environment, with high levels of energy, self-motivation and a consciences, can-do attitude.
Outstanding people, conversation & social skills – great at getting on with people and making things happen.
Able to work on their own initiative and as an integral part of a small team, with willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Agency & budget management and evaluation.
Proven experience of working within the sports or music/entertainment industry.
